Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform or purchase services. If under 18, you may only participate with verified parental or guardian consent. We do not monitor age or verify consent.

Booking & Payment Terms

Currency: All prices are in GBP and may change without notice.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of booking or checkout. Secure transactions are processed via our integrated payment gateway.
Cards on File: Some services require a valid payment method on file to hold sessions, enforce cancellation policies, or activate membership plans.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for technical errors that prevent access.
Mirror Talk, Coaching, and Journey Sessions:

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: no fee
Cancellations 12–24 hours in advance: 50% fee
Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows: 100% fee
Membership Plans: Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime, but no partial-month refunds are given.
Subscription Cancellations: To avoid renewal, cancel at least 5 business days before your billing date.

Services & Platform Use

The Pink Sphere may update, pause, or discontinue any feature, program, or service at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting the coach roster, program pricing, or session availability.

Disclaimers

Services offered are for personal growth and education. They are not a substitute for licensed psychological, therapeutic, or medical care. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own choices and outcomes.

Coach Independence

Coaches, collaborators, and contributors within The Pink Sphere operate independently. Their views and content do not represent the platform or its owner. Nadin Tavsan is not liable for any coach-provided service or external communication.
