Unless we clearly state otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to:

4. Community Spaces and Educational Services
The Pink Sphere was created to provide supportive spaces for adult women through different seasons of life, work, confidence, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Certain memberships, private communities, discussion groups, and interactive events are designed specifically for adult women. The eligibility rules for each space will be stated clearly on the relevant listing or sign-up page.
Public educational content, selected workshops, online programmes, downloadable resources, and other learning materials may be available to all adults unless a listing states otherwise.
5. The Pink Sphere Is Not a Crisis, Medical, or Therapy Service
The Pink Sphere provides community, educational content, reflective spaces, personal-development resources, and opportunities to connect with independent experts.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not:
-
medical advice;
-
psychological diagnosis;
-
psychotherapy;
-
psychiatric care;
-
emergency support;
-
crisis intervention;
-
legal advice;
-
financial advice; or
-
a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified professional.
Any information shared through the website, programmes, events, groups, memberships, or resources is for general educational and informational purposes.
If you are experiencing an emergency, are at risk of harm, or need urgent professional support, contact the appropriate emergency service or a suitably qualified professional immediately.
6. Accounts and Accurate Information
When creating an account, making a booking, or completing a form, you must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for:
-
keeping your login details secure;
-
ensuring your email address is correct;
-
checking your inbox and spam folder for service emails;
-
informing us if your account has been accessed without permission; and
-
updating your information where necessary.
You must not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, share account access, or use another member’s information without permission.
7. Prices, Orders, and Payments
Prices are displayed on the relevant sales page or checkout page.
Payments may be processed using payment methods such as:
-
credit or debit card;
-
Apple Pay;
-
Google Pay;
-
PayPal;
-
Klarna;
-
Clearpay, also known internationally as Afterpay; and
-
other payment methods made available at checkout.
Availability may depend on your location and the payment provider’s own rules.
Some payment options are provided by independent third-party payment providers. Their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility checks, payment schedules, and late-payment rules may apply.
You are responsible for checking the total price before completing a purchase.
We may refuse, cancel, or investigate an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected fraud, a payment error, a pricing error, misuse of a discount, or a breach of these Terms.
8. Essential Emails and Marketing Emails
When you register, purchase, join, or book a service, we may send essential administrative emails needed to provide that service.
These may include:
-
booking confirmations;
-
payment confirmations and receipts;
-
Zoom links;
-
event reminders;
-
schedule changes;
-
account notices;
-
membership administration emails;
-
programme-access instructions;
-
service updates; and
-
necessary follow-up relating to your booking.
You cannot opt out of essential emails while continuing to use the related service because those emails are necessary to deliver what you requested.
We may send The Pink Letter newsletter and other relevant marketing emails where you have opted in or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by law.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service emails.
9. Live Online Events
Live events are normally hosted through Zoom or another suitable online platform.
Your joining link will usually be sent in your confirmation email and reminder emails.
You are responsible for:
-
providing the correct email address;
-
checking your inbox and spam folder;
-
joining at the correct time;
-
using a suitable device;
-
having an appropriate internet connection; and
-
testing your microphone and camera where required.
We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, internet connection, email settings, or failure to join on time.
Event formats, speakers, contributors, and schedules may occasionally change where reasonably necessary.
10. Private Coffee Meets and Panic Room Live Sessions
PINK Latte Club Coffee Meets and The Panic Room Live sessions are designed as private, interactive community spaces.
These sessions are not recorded by The Pink Sphere.
Unless the host agrees to an exception, participants must keep their cameras switched on throughout the session. This supports trust, presence, and participant accountability in a private community environment.
If you need an exception because of accessibility, safety, privacy, caring responsibilities, or a temporary technical problem, contact the host or let the host know at the beginning of the session. We will consider reasonable requests.
Participants must not:
-
record the session;
-
take screenshots;
-
photograph the session;
-
copy the chat;
-
share another participant’s story;
-
redistribute anything discussed privately; or
-
invite another person to observe off-camera.
Please join from an appropriate private environment where possible. Do not allow another person to listen to a private session without permission.
Although we require participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of every participant. Please use your own judgement when deciding what to share.
11. Recorded Workshops, Educational Events, and Programmes
Certain workshops, educational events, and live programme sessions may be recorded for replay access, educational use, or future access by customers or members.
Where a session will be recorded, we will communicate this through the event listing, confirmation email, reminder email, or an announcement at the start of the session.
A recording may capture:
-
the speaker or host;
-
presentations and shared screens;
-
participant display names;
-
participant audio or video where a participant chooses to contribute;
-
questions shared verbally or in the chat; and
-
comments made during the recorded session.
Where you do not wish to appear in a recording, you should:
-
keep your camera switched off;
-
remain muted unless necessary;
-
avoid posting identifiable personal details in the public chat; and
-
contact the host privately where you need to ask a question.
We aim to use speaker-focused recording views where reasonably possible.
If you choose to speak, appear on camera, or share a question during a recorded event after being informed that recording is taking place, your contribution may appear in the replay.
We will not deliberately use an identifiable participant’s contribution as a testimonial or promotional clip without separate permission.
You must not independently record, reproduce, download, redistribute, sell, or publish event recordings unless we have expressly permitted this in writing.
12. WhatsApp Groups
Some memberships and communities include an optional WhatsApp group, including:
-
the PINK Club group, also known as The Panic Room; and
-
the PINK Latte Club community group.
WhatsApp groups are optional. Joining a WhatsApp group is not required merely because you have purchased or registered for another service unless the relevant listing clearly states otherwise.
When you join a WhatsApp group, other members may be able to see personal information connected to your WhatsApp profile, including your:
-
phone number;
-
profile name;
-
profile photograph;
-
status information; and
-
messages posted in the group.
Do not join a group if you do not wish to share your phone number with other members.
WhatsApp is operated independently from The Pink Sphere. Its own terms and privacy practices apply.
You must not:
-
copy or export another member’s phone number;
-
add another member to a mailing list;
-
contact another member with unsolicited promotional messages;
-
share screenshots outside the group;
-
forward private conversations;
-
distribute group links without permission; or
-
add people to the group without authorisation.
You may leave a WhatsApp group at any time. Messages already posted may remain visible to other participants and may remain stored on their devices or within WhatsApp systems.
13. Community Conduct
The Pink Sphere is intended to be a supportive space.
You must communicate respectfully and must not:
-
harass, intimidate, bully, shame, or threaten another person;
-
discriminate unlawfully;
-
use hateful or abusive language;
-
deliberately disrupt a session;
-
share another participant’s personal information;
-
pressure a participant to disclose personal details;
-
use the platform to manipulate, exploit, or mislead others;
-
make false professional claims;
-
share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or
-
behave in a way that risks the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of others.
We may remove content, restrict access, or remove participants where reasonably necessary to protect the community.
14. No Pitching, Selling, or Unsolicited Promotion
The Pink Sphere is not an unsolicited sales channel.
When joining any group, membership, event, programme, private channel, or community space operated by The Pink Sphere, you must not pitch, sell, advertise, or promote your own:
-
services;
-
products;
-
programmes;
-
events;
-
social-media accounts;
-
communities;
-
mailing lists;
-
affiliate links; or
-
external platforms.
This rule applies to members, guests, experts, coaches, collaborators, speakers, contributors, and attendees.
You must not:
-
harvest contact details;
-
send unsolicited promotional direct messages;
-
add participants to a mailing list without consent;
-
pressure members into purchasing;
-
repeatedly redirect discussions towards your own work; or
-
use a community event as a lead-generation opportunity.
An exception applies only where The Pink Sphere has expressly invited promotion in a designated context, such as an approved expert profile, a planned speaker introduction, or an agreed collaboration.
15. PINK Club Membership
PINK Club is a monthly subscription membership.
Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period using the payment method selected at checkout.
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal payments.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise:
-
payments already collected are not refunded;
-
partial-month refunds are not provided; and
-
your access normally continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
Membership resources, community formats, events, delivery methods, names, and features may evolve over time.
We may make reasonable changes to improve, simplify, restructure, or update the membership. Where a material change significantly affects an active paid period, we will communicate the change appropriately and provide any remedy required by law.
16. Inner Circle Membership
Inner Circle Membership is a separate professional membership for selected coaches, consultants, experts, collaborators, and other professionals.
It is application-based. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Inner Circle Membership is purchased for a fixed yearly period through a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically.
A member wishing to continue after the end of the membership period must purchase a new yearly membership, subject to the terms, price, application process, and availability in place at that time.
Inner Circle members are subject to additional professional terms, policies, onboarding requirements, and a Code of Ethics shared during the application and onboarding process.
These may include requirements relating to:
-
professional conduct;
-
confidentiality;
-
insurance;
-
qualifications;
-
data protection;
-
safeguarding;
-
profile information;
-
Mini Expert Session links;
-
platform use;
-
collaboration opportunities; and
-
the use of The Pink Sphere brand.
Inner Circle Membership provides access to professional visibility and potential opportunities. It does not guarantee:
-
clients;
-
enquiries;
-
bookings;
-
sales;
-
revenue;
-
features;
-
collaborations;
-
speaking opportunities;
-
promotional placement; or
-
any particular business outcome.
17. Mini Expert Sessions
Mini Expert Sessions are paid introductory sessions booked and paid for through The Pink Sphere.
The Pink Sphere may share the details reasonably required to fulfil the booking with the selected independent expert. These may include your name, email address, phone number where required, booking information, and relevant session details.
By booking a Mini Expert Session, you authorise the selected expert to contact you for session administration, including:
-
booking confirmation;
-
scheduling;
-
rescheduling;
-
access instructions;
-
necessary clarification relating to the booking; and
-
necessary follow-up relating directly to the booked session.
This does not give an expert permission to add you to a marketing list or send unrelated promotional messages without separate consent.
You may request to reschedule a Mini Expert Session up to three times, subject to the expert’s availability.
After a third customer-requested reschedule, the session may be cancelled. A refund will not normally be provided unless required by law.
A reschedule initiated by the expert or by The Pink Sphere does not count towards your three reschedules.
If you choose to continue working with the expert after the Mini Expert Session, the continued service is arranged directly with that expert:
-
through the expert’s own platform;
-
at the expert’s own rates;
-
under the expert’s own terms;
-
under the expert’s own privacy policy; and
-
subject to the expert’s own insurance and professional responsibility.
The Pink Sphere is not a party to any continued arrangement between you and the expert unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
18. Independent Experts, Coaches, Collaborators, and Contributors
Experts, coaches, collaborators, contributors, and guest speakers featured within The Pink Sphere operate independently unless expressly stated otherwise.
Their views, content, advice, statements, and professional services are their own. They do not necessarily represent the views of The Pink Sphere or its owner.
Independent experts are responsible for their own:
-
qualifications;
-
professional scope;
-
claims;
-
insurance;
-
advice;
-
communications;
-
service delivery;
-
professional conduct;
-
privacy compliance; and
-
external client agreements.
The Pink Sphere provides a platform for education, visibility, connection, discovery, and introductory Mini Expert Sessions.
We do not guarantee that any expert, method, service, programme, or suggestion will be suitable or effective for a particular person.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Online Programmes and Digital Content
The Pink Sphere may provide:
-
self-paced programmes;
-
live online programmes;
-
replay access;
-
downloadable resources;
-
video content;
-
audio content;
-
worksheets;
-
digital guides; and
-
other educational materials.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own personal use.
You must not:
-
share your login;
-
share programme access;
-
copy materials;
-
upload materials to another platform;
-
redistribute downloads;
-
record protected materials;
-
sell materials;
-
reproduce frameworks;
-
teach or commercially use protected materials without permission; or
-
allow another person to access paid content through your account.
Where you request immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you want access to begin immediately and acknowledge any effect this has on your statutory cancellation rights.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content owned by The Pink Sphere is protected by intellectual-property law.
This includes:
-
branding;
-
logos;
-
visual assets;
-
graphics;
-
website text;
-
written content;
-
frameworks;
-
workshop materials;
-
programme materials;
-
recordings;
-
audio;
-
video;
-
downloads;
-
workbooks;
-
event materials;
-
resources; and
-
original concepts expressed in protected materials.
You must not reproduce, distribute, copy, sell, publish, modify, upload, record, share, licence, commercially exploit, or create derivative materials from protected content without written permission.
Content owned by an expert, collaborator, contributor, or third party remains the property of its respective owner.
Private contributions made by participants remain the participant’s own. We will not repurpose a private participant story as promotional content without separate permission.
21. Testimonials and Promotional Content
Where you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, video, or other content for promotional use, we may ask for permission to publish or repurpose it.
We will not intentionally use an identifiable private contribution from a Coffee Meet, Panic Room session, private group, or Mini Expert Session as promotional content without separate permission.
22. Changes to Services and Membership Models
The Pink Sphere is an evolving platform.
We may reasonably introduce, edit, rename, remove, restructure, replace, or repurpose:
-
memberships;
-
programme formats;
-
event formats;

schedules;
-
features;
-
benefits;
-
resources;
-
community spaces;
-
content libraries;
-
expert opportunities;
-
branding; and
-
delivery methods.
We may update prices for future purchases, renewals, or future membership periods.
We will not use this clause to remove rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
Where a significant change affects an active paid service, we will communicate it appropriately and take reasonable steps to minimise unfair impact.
23. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
-
non-payment;
-
suspected fraud;
-
misuse of platform resources;
-
unlawful activity;
-
harassment;
-
bullying;
-
discrimination;
-
unsolicited selling;
-
serious or repeated breaches of community rules;
-
unauthorised sharing of paid content;
-
intellectual-property infringement;
-
privacy violations;
-
unsafe conduct;
-
misleading professional claims;
-
misuse of another person’s details; or
-
behaviour that could harm participants, the platform, or the reputation of The Pink Sphere.
Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may act immediately where necessary to protect participants, comply with the law, or prevent serious harm.
Any refund entitlement following suspension or termination will be considered under applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
24. Cancellations by The Pink Sphere
We may occasionally cancel, postpone, reschedule, or adjust a service where reasonably necessary, including because of illness, speaker availability, technical difficulties, low attendance, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel a paid service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will offer a refund for the affected service.
Where an event is materially rescheduled and you cannot reasonably attend the new date, contact us at info@thepinksphere.com. We will consider the circumstances and provide any remedy required by law.
25. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our services may rely on third-party providers, such as website hosts, payment providers, Zoom, WhatsApp, email platforms, and expert-owned platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, systems, outages, policies, or services outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you choose to use.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, The Pink Sphere is not responsible for:
-
outcomes that depend on personal circumstances;
-
decisions you make based on general educational content;
-
loss caused by inaccurate information provided by you;
-
third-party platform failures outside our reasonable control;
-
independent services purchased directly from an expert;
-
external communications between you and an independent expert;
-
unauthorised actions by another community participant; or
-
business losses where you are acting for commercial purposes.
27. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
By using a service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed where necessary to deliver that service.
Specific notices will be provided where relevant, including for Mini Expert Sessions, recorded events, WhatsApp groups, and marketing emails.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including when services change or legal obligations are updated.
The updated date will appear at the top of the page.
Where a material change affects an active paid service, we will communicate it appropriately.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
