Cancellation and No-Show Fees: More than 24 hours before the session: No fees applied (£0). Between 24 hours and 12 hours before the session: 50% of the session price will be charged. Less than 12 hours before the session: 100% of the session price will be charged.

Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of the session.

Failure to attend a session without prior cancellation (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the session price.
