The Panic Room Live is a monthly members only circle for the moments when your brain feels noisy, your emotions feel tangled, and you need somewhere real to put it all down. Come as you are, talk if you want to, listen if you need to, and leave feeling a little lighter.
Each session connects with the current monthly theme, so you can reflect on what has been coming up for you and close the month with more clarity.
