Mirror Talk Group Session

The Mirror Talk Group Session is a quarterly founder led circle for women who need a little more space to pause, reflect, and hear themselves properly. It is a gentle, honest group conversation built around the emotional weight behind the current theme.

You can share, listen, reflect, and take what you need from the room. There is no pressure to have the right words or turn everything into a solution. Sometimes you just need to feel understood and see your situation a little more clearly.
