During this live, practical bootcamp, you’ll hear exactly what’s working right now to interrupt the stress-loops and self-doubt that are stalling your success—without over-complicating your schedule or burning yourself out on "toxic positivity."
This is a high-impact, 4-session intensive designed to give you a solution-oriented mindset even when the pressure is high. We’re using Positive Intelligence principles to identify the "Judge" and other mental saboteurs that cause that "everything is too much" feeling. You’ll leave each session with a "Mental Fitness" toolkit to keep you calm, creative, and in command of your day.
