It’s a calm, honest conversation where we slow things down and look at what’s really going on beneath the noise. This isn’t therapy and it’s not coaching. There’s no fixing, no pressure, and no expectation that you’ll arrive with perfectly worded thoughts. You talk. I listen carefully. I reflect things back to you, gently and honestly, so you can see patterns, emotions, and blind spots that are hard to notice when you’re inside your own head. Together, we look in the mirror with kindness, curiosity, and a bit of relief. Most people leave Mirror Talk feeling lighter. Not because everything is suddenly solved, but because the fog has lifted. Things make more sense. What felt tangled becomes clearer. You feel more connected to yourself again and less alone with your thoughts. Mirror Talk isn’t about fixing your life in one session. It’s about finally seeing yourself again, clearly enough to breathe, reset, and decide what actually matters next.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – The Pink Sphere This policy applies to all sessions booked through The Pink Sphere platform, including Map Me Call, Mirror Talk, Journey Planning, and transformational coaching sessions (purchased individually or through a membership plan). Mirror Talk This 60-minute beauty consultation includes a prep form, a live session, and a personalized Mirror Summary afterward. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. If you cancel between 12–24 hours before, a 50% fee applies. If you cancel less than 12 hours before or miss the session, you’ll be charged the full session price. Your session content is kept fully confidential and never shared. Journey Planning (Pastel & Hot Pink Memberships) You can begin your journey by submitting an intake form or directly purchasing a plan. Once purchased, you’ll book a “Map Me” call with Nadin to design your support roadmap. Based on your plan (2 or 4 sessions), you’ll receive booking access for each of your matched coaches. All sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations between 12–24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Sessions missed or cancelled within 12 hours are counted as used. Transformational Coaching Sessions (One-Off or Plan-Based) These 45+ minute 1:1 sessions are booked through the platform and delivered by trusted coaches. You’ll receive an automated confirmation with your session link. Whether booked individually or through a membership plan, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations 12–24 hours before: 50% fee Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% fee Session content remains private and is not shared outside of your conversation with the coach.
