Mini Expert Sessions are short, affordable 30-minute sessions with trusted coaches, consultants, and experts inside The Pink Sphere. Each session is designed to help you get clarity, direction, and practical next steps around one specific area of your life. You might book a Mini Session if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, curious, unsure where to start, or simply ready to stop figuring everything out alone. Whether you need support with confidence, career, visibility, relationships, parenting, wellbeing, organisation, beauty, money, mindset, or life direction, these sessions give you a simple first step into expert support without the pressure of a big commitment. This is your chance to ask questions, talk through what is going on, and leave with something useful you can actually do next. A Mini Session is not about fixing your whole life in 30 minutes. It is about giving you a clear place to begin. Perfect for you if you want: A low-pressure way to get expert support A quick clarity session before making a bigger decision Help with one specific question, challenge, or goal A chance to meet an expert before working with them further Practical next steps without a huge commitment Book a Mini Expert Session and take the first small step toward feeling clearer, calmer, and more supported.

Cancellation Policy
Mini Expert Sessions are short discovery-style sessions with independent experts, coaches, consultants, or professionals listed through The Pink Sphere. They are designed to give you a small, focused introduction to an expert’s work, approach, and area of support. Mini Expert Sessions are not therapy, medical advice, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a replacement for professional care unless clearly stated by the expert and agreed separately outside The Pink Sphere. By booking a Mini Expert Session, you agree to the following: You are booking a short session with an independent expert, not an employee of The Pink Sphere. The Pink Sphere hosts the booking and payment process, but the expert is responsible for delivering the session. The session fee is paid to The Pink Sphere at the time of booking. All Mini Expert Session bookings are non-refundable unless The Pink Sphere cancels the session and cannot offer a suitable alternative. By booking, you give the expert permission to contact you using the details provided in your booking, but only for matters related to your session, including confirming, preparing for, rescheduling, or delivering the session. If you choose to continue working with the expert after the Mini Expert Session, this will be arranged directly between you and the expert, at their own rates, terms, and platform. The Pink Sphere does not take commission from any private work arranged between you and the expert after the Mini Expert Session. The Pink Sphere is not responsible for any private agreements, services, advice, outcomes, payments, or ongoing work arranged directly between you and the expert outside The Pink Sphere. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 3 times, subject to the expert’s availability. After 3 reschedule requests, the session may be cancelled and no refund will be given. If you miss your session, arrive late, or do not attend, the session is non-refundable. If you arrive late, the expert may still need to end the session at the original scheduled finish time. Your booking confirmation and reminder emails will include the session details and online meeting link where applicable. By booking, you agree to receive emails related to your booking and may also be added to The Pink Sphere mailing list. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. The Pink Sphere reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or end a booking if the service is misused, if boundaries are not respect
