The PINK Surprise Session is one completely free hour where you show up without needing to prepare, perform, achieve anything… or even know what you’ve signed up for.

It could be cooking. Belly dancing. Meditation. Creativity. Movement. Self-care. Something you’ve never tried before. Honestly, it could be almost anything.

That’s the whole point.

Life gets ridiculously predictable sometimes — work, responsibilities, appointments, scrolling, repeat. This hour is your excuse to interrupt the routine and do something simply because it might make you feel lighter, happier, curious or completely different by the time you leave.
