As a successful business owner in the Consultancy, IT, and Finance sectors for 25 years, I have developed my Business coaching style from over two decades of coaching and mentoring practice gained through a blend of business owner-focused consultancy and training. I am a member of the Association of Business Mentors, an Accredited member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors, a Master member of the EMCC, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. I can, therefore, provide support and guidance to anyone from a Business start-up through the Company's growth all the way to exit and retirement. With bases in Gloucester and West Sussex, I am the founder of Mode Business Training Ltd and a proud Rotarian based in Gloucester Quays. Outside of the business arena, I have an ongoing love of learning new skills and languages. I have trained as an Opera singer and consider myself a bit of a Sci-Fi geek.
