Hello! I’m Kate, and I'm an ICF-accredited Life & Mindset coach. I work with women who find themselves at life's crossroads, wondering "is this it?" or "what's next for me?" Together, we'll cut through all the noise to unlock what’s really going on for you, uncover any blockers that are keeping you stuck, and reveal the path to the life you’re dreaming of. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – The Pink Sphere This policy applies to all sessions booked through The Pink Sphere platform, including free calls, Mirror Talk, Journey Planning, and transformational coaching sessions (purchased individually or through a membership plan). Free Coffee Call A short, no-pressure session to ask questions or explore where to start. You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before using the link in your confirmation email. Missed sessions are not followed up, but you’re always welcome to rebook. These sessions are not recorded, and anything you share remains private. Mirror Talk This 60-minute beauty consultation includes a prep form, a live session, and a personalized Mirror Summary afterward. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. If you cancel between 12–24 hours before, a 50% fee applies. If you cancel less than 12 hours before or miss the session, you’ll be charged the full session price. Your session content is kept fully confidential and never shared. Journey Planning (Pastel & Hot Pink Memberships) You can begin your journey by submitting an intake form or directly purchasing a plan. Once purchased, you’ll book a “Map Me” call with Nadin to design your support roadmap. Based on your plan (2 or 4 sessions), you’ll receive booking access for each of your matched coaches. All sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations between 12–24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Sessions missed or cancelled within 12 hours are counted as used. Transformational Coaching Sessions (One-Off or Plan-Based) These 45+ minute 1:1 sessions are booked through the platform and delivered by trusted coaches. You’ll receive an automated confirmation with your session link. Whether booked individually or through a membership plan, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations 12–24 hours before: 50% fee Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% fee Session content remains private and is not shared outside of your conversation with the coach. Privacy & Access All personal details, booking data, and session notes are kept confidential. Your session links are delivered automatically upon booking. Please check your inbox (and spam).
