Involvement Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who collaborates, contributes, or features within The Pink Sphere — including collaborators, contributors, and recurring guests.
They are not legal fine print; they’re here to make sure we stay aligned, respectful, and creative while building something meaningful together.

1. What It Means to Be Involved

Being part of The Pink Sphere means you are joining a living, evolving platform for women’s wellbeing, creativity, and transformation.
Each collaborator, contributor, and guest brings their own voice, story, and professional expertise.
Your role here is independent — this is not employment, and everyone operates in mutual trust, autonomy, and respect.

2. Values & Alignment

The Pink Sphere values honesty, emotional intelligence, and women supporting women.
We only host work, conversations, and events that reflect those principles.
If your topic, messaging, or public activity later moves out of alignment with these values, The Pink Sphere reserves the right to pause, modify, or cancel your involvement at any point.
No refund is issued if cancellation occurs after onboarding or active scheduling.

3. Communication & Responsiveness

Active involvement means staying connected.
We ask that you:

  • Reply to coordination messages within a reasonable time frame.

  • Communicate early if you can’t meet a deadline, attend an event, or submit something.

  • Treat all team members and other coaches with respect in group spaces.

  • Avoid ghosting — we’re all busy, but communication keeps the system flowing.

If communication repeatedly breaks down, we may end or pause your collaboration for that quarter.

4. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

Everything shared within internal groups, circles, and behind-the-scenes spaces stays private.
No screenshots, recordings, or reposting internal materials without permission.
You represent The Pink Sphere publicly — this includes how you engage online, how you speak about your role, and how you handle shared content.

5. Content & Visibility

By contributing to The Pink Sphere, you allow us to use your name, image, and submitted materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
You keep full ownership of your original content, but agree that The Pink Sphere may edit, format, or share it in alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.
All final graphics, clips, and podcast episodes are owned by The Pink Sphere for ongoing use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Collaboration & Co-Creation

All collaborations are reviewed before publication or event scheduling.
If something feels off-brand or misaligned with current themes, we may suggest edits or changes.
We reserve the right to delay or adjust features to fit our publishing calendar.
This isn’t censorship — it’s care for consistency and trust across everything that carries The Pink Sphere name.

7. Contribution Flow

  • Contributors are onboarded for one quarter at a time.

  • Collaborators are active partners, for one quarter at a time, who help lead projects, events, or programs.

  • Guests join for one-time or monthly features.
Everyone contributes in different ways — the shared goal is to create work that adds value to the women we reach.

8. Payment & Compensation

Each involvement type has its own structure:

  • Collaborators may be paid for approved workshops, events, or program content.

  • Contributors pay a quarterly participation fee for visibility and access.

  • Guests may join through paid features or memberships.
Payments and setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover scheduling, design, and promotion work done in advance.

9. Credit & Sharing

You may share or repost any feature you’re part of, but please tag or credit @thepinksphere when doing so.
If The Pink Sphere produces branded materials (graphics, reels, edited clips), you may not alter them without permission.
We’re happy to collaborate on shared captions or edits to make sure your voice feels represented.

10. Duration & Renewal

Each active period (quarterly or monthly) runs on a set schedule.
To renew, contributors and collaborators complete a new form or check-in at the end of each cycle.
This ensures continued alignment and space for fresh ideas or new faces.

11. Boundaries & Wellbeing

We want this to feel collaborative, not performative.
If you ever feel overwhelmed, undervalued, or unclear, please say so.
We respect personal boundaries and mental space — this platform is built on understanding, not burnout.

12. Ending or Pausing Involvement

You may choose to step back or pause your participation at any time by notifying us.
We may also choose to end or pause your involvement if:

  • Communication becomes inconsistent or unresponsive.

  • Shared values or behavior become misaligned.

  • There’s repeated misuse of brand materials or internal spaces.

No refunds are issued for early withdrawal or cancellation after an active period begins.

13. Liability & Independence

All collaborators, contributors, and guests act as independent professionals.
The Pink Sphere is not responsible for personal, professional, or financial outcomes of your work.
You are responsible for your own professional standards, business practices, and client interactions.

14. Agreement

By submitting a form, subscribing to a plan, or participating in any podcast, event, or project within The Pink Sphere, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Involvement Terms.
