My philosophy of training is comprised of three integral components; Evidence based practice, self-development as a coach myself and finally, the ability and drive to educate an athlete to the point of self-sufficiency.

This session is for when your body feels like a stranger or you’ve fallen out of rhythm with moving it. Camille doesn’t care if you haven’t worked out in months or years — she’s here to help you reconnect, gently. You’ll talk about what’s realistic, what’s been blocking you, and what would actually feel good to start doing again. No lectures. No “just push through.” Just a reset that respects where you are.
