This session is a real conversation about why calm feels so hard to access and why most parenting advice misses the point.

We’ll explore how everyday stress builds up in your nervous system, why willpower doesn’t work when you’re exhausted, and what actually helps you respond instead of reacting.

This is not about becoming endlessly patient or fixing yourself. It’s about understanding what’s happening inside you and learning small shifts that make parenting feel less overwhelming.
