I am an experienced Career Transition Coach, Certified Personal Branding Specialist and Interview Coach who helps people navigate pivotal moments in their careers with greater clarity, confidence and direction. 

Drawing on a career spanning nearly four decades, including 26 years in the IT sector and more than 13 years in career transition coaching and personal branding. I bring a rare combination of real-world industry experience and specialist career expertise. I support clients at every career stage, from graduates and emerging professionals through to mid-career, senior and executive leaders across the private, public and third sectors. 

My work is particularly valuable for those facing redundancy, returning after a career break, overcoming imposter syndrome, repositioning for leadership / promotion or exploring an entirely new direction. My approach is highly personalised and practical, using the SHIFT and GROW models. I help clients define their value, strengthen their professional brand and develop flexible career, marketing, job-search and interview strategies aligned with their aspirations. 

As a woman who has established herself in a traditionally male-dominated industry, IT, I want to support other women in achieving their goals and dreams, too!
