Tracy Samaha

I’m Tracy Samaha — a behavioral science researcher and neurocognitive consultant with specialized expertise in ADHD, executive functioning, and women's mental health across the lifespan. My work centers on bridging the gap between clinical insight and practical, real-world support — particularly for adult women and mothers managing neurodiversity in themselves or their children.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based research, coaching methodology, and lived experience. I support women navigating ADHD, burnout, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions — offering psychoeducational tools, structured strategies, and personalized planning systems to increase clarity, functionality, and wellbeing.

I also work with mothers of neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults — offering guidance that is both emotionally attuned and cognitively informed. Whether the goal is to create structure at home, understand a diagnosis, or support independence, I bring actionable tools tailored to each stage of development.

My services extend to the workplace, where I consult on policy development, inclusive practices, and training to support neurodivergent employees and accommodate women's mental health needs — including pregnancy, caregiving, and menopause.

No one should be left to navigate complex challenges without guidance. My goal is to provide frameworks that empower—not overwhelm—and to meet individuals and families with the kind of support that is informed, intentional, and sustainable.

Brains that run fast, loud, and all at once — she brings the calm and clarity.

This session is for when your brain feels like a browser with 72 tabs open — and half of them are frozen.
Tracy blends neuroscience, coaching, and lived experience to help women make sense of ADHD, burnout, emotional overload, or just the mental chaos of trying to do everything at once. Whether you're managing your own neurodiversity or supporting a child who is, she brings structure, insight, and real tools you can actually use.
You’ll leave with more clarity, less noise, and strategies that work for your life — not some unrealistic version of it. She’s also the go-to for women in messy transitions: work, parenting, diagnosis, or that “what now?” stage.
