Fiona is an experienced CIPD qualified human resources professional and established executive coach, mentor and career consultant. She has sound knowledge of the employment market and current recruitment practices and is able to support job seekers to identify their strengths and skills so that they can move into well-paid and fulfilling roles.

Fiona began her career as a teacher and then joined the army as an education and training officer. Since then she has worked in a variety of HR roles including learning and development, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, coaching and mentoring both in the commercial world for the John Lewis Partnership and a City-based strategic intelligence company and in the third sector, latterly as a career consultant. She is now a freelance career coach working with a wide range of clients and in particular, women who wish to maximise their career potential.
