This is the room for the sentence you have been editing, softening, swallowing, or turning into a joke. If you feel stretched, snappy, overstimulated, touched out, talked out, and still expected to be lovely, this month’s Panic Room Live gives you somewhere to put the honest version without needing to tidy it up first.

 This is for women who do not need a motivational speech right now. You need a private-feeling space to say, “I’m tired,” “I’m annoyed,” “I can’t keep doing this,” or simply listen while other women put words to the same thing. We will stay close to the month’s theme, but we are not forcing breakthroughs, homework, or perfect emotional processing.

 You’ll leave with less shame, more breath, and the reminder that you are not the only one carrying this.
