Cancellation Policy

General Booking Policy for Appointments, Classes, and Courses Booking Rules Clients can cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time of their appointment, class, or course session. Clients can reschedule their bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time of their appointment, class, or course session. Bookings can be made no earlier than 2 weeks before the session start time. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time to be valid. Payment and Fees A valid card on file is required for all bookings to secure sessions and manage applicable charges, including free or plan-based sessions. Cancellation and No-Show Fees: More than 24 hours before the session: No fees applied (£0). Between 24 hours and 12 hours before the session: 50% of the session price will be charged. Less than 12 hours before the session: 100% of the session price will be charged. Waitlist for Classes Clients can join a waitlist for fully booked classes through the provided online booking system. The maximum waitlist capacity is set to 10 participants. If a spot becomes available, it will be held for 10 minutes for the next waitlisted client to confirm their booking. Group Sessions and Classes Group session cancellation by the coach: If less than 50% of the participation target is met, the coach reserves the right to cancel the session. Clients will be notified of the cancellation at least 12 hours in advance. Clients will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the session. Each group booking allows a maximum of 1 participant per booking.
